Frequently Asked Questions

In-home pet sitting allows your pet to stay in the place where they feel the most comfortable and safe: your home! No need for your pet to adapt to a new environment, stressful situation, or disruption of their routine. One of our dedicated pet sitters can visit your pet multiple times a day to provide food, water, exercise, playtime, bathroom breaks, walks, and lots of attention.

A Meet and Greet is an initial consultation in your home to get to know you and your pets’ individual needs and care. The Meet and Greet is included free of charge with all services. It is typically with Julia (the owner) and one of our pet sitting team members.

Typically, we will match your pet with a primary walker/sitter before the Meet and Greet based on your pet’s breed, age, activity level, temperament, and schedule. This walker/sitter will complete the majority of your pet’s visits. Julia acts as a secondary walker/sitter, filling in for the primary sitter during scheduling conflicts and emergencies. This ensures that we have availability to accommodate your pet.
